CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that life happens. Please make any changes or cancellations 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations within the 24 hour period will be charged for 50% of the total cost of services booked from the card on file. No call no shows will be charged for %50 of the total cost of services booked. Arriving 15 minutes or more late to your scheduled appointment may result in your appointment being cancelled. Guests are not allowed unless previously approved. These policies are in place in order to ensure each of my clients receives my full attention, the highest quality service, and that services can be completed on time.
